These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://woolblendcoat.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Wool Blend Coat ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Your Account and Your Details
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address, email address and phone number. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately at support@woolblendcoat.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Products, Descriptions and Pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric composition, measurements and care instructions. Our coat is a wool blend, not pure wool: the shell is 95% polyester and 5% wool, and the lining is 100% polyester. Colours may appear slightly different between screens and in different lighting, and garment measurements may vary by a small tolerance.
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. In that event we will contact you and issue a full refund.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is out of stock, or where a pricing or description error has occurred.
If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@woolblendcoat.com as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before it enters fulfilment, which is typically within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and you should follow our Refund Policy instead.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available. You are responsible for any sales tax, duties or import charges that apply to your order, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, product photography, graphics, page layout, logos and the Wool Blend Coat name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: break any law or regulation; infringe our rights or the rights of others; submit false or misleading information; upload malicious code, viruses or any material designed to interfere with the Site; scrape, harvest or collect data by automated means without our permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems; or harass, abuse or threaten our staff or other customers. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of this section.
9. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove any submission at our discretion and are under no obligation to publish it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, or that any defects will be corrected. Our coat is a mid-weight lined garment intended for cold, dry conditions; it is not insulated and it is not waterproof, and we make no representation that it is suitable for extreme weather or technical outdoor use. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wool Blend Coat and its officers, employees, suppliers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased from us, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wool Blend Coat and its officers, employees, suppliers and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Wool Blend Coat is registered, and by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@woolblendcoat.com and to attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection right available to you in your country of residence.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Effective as of" date, and it applies to all orders placed after that date. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
